The friendly host and proximity to Camino route make it a jaw-dropping choice for pilgrims. a fantastic value with exceptional comfort and special hosts.

Stayed at a place with amazing mountain views, had free WiFi, and a shared kitchen to prepare my own meals. BONUS: A TV in the common area, what a luxury!

The hosts from Sicily whipped up mind-blowingly delicious homemade Italian dishes and the price was a steal, including plentiful wine for just €11. I recently stayed at Casa Rural Irugoienea Guest House for a few nights while hiking the Camino. The hosts were exceptional, picking me up from Roncesvalles and even taking me to the ATM. The room was cozy and clean, with a spotless shared bathroom nearby. The highlight was the delicious homemade Italian dinner, complete with a secret-recipe dessert passed down from the Sicilian grandparents. Additionally, having the whole top floor to ourselves was a bonus, with a spacious living area and fully-equipped kitchenette.
